Privacy policy
What data we collect, what we use it for and how to ask us to delete it. Last updated: October 7, 2026.
Who processes your data
Urbania Group LLC, a company incorporated in the United States, holder of the Urbania brand. Our team works from Rosario, in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina. For anything related to your personal data, write to us at [email protected].
This policy covers this website. If you arrived through a project's showroom, the data you leave there belongs to the developer that publishes it, and Urbania processes it on that developer's behalf. The providers involved in the platform are listed in the list of subprocessors.
What data we collect
Only what you give us yourself. We do not ask for or store card details or identity documents in any form on this website.
- Quote request form: name, email, phone, country and whatever you tell us about your project.
- Referral program: your contact details and those of the person you recommend. By submitting it you declare that you have their consent or that there is a prior relationship between you that justifies it.
- Browsing: pages visited, time spent, device type and the country you visit from. It does not include your name.
- Origin of the submission: with each referral we store the IP address and the browser it was sent from. It is an open form with a cash reward attached, and without this data there is no way to tell fifty automated submissions from fifty people. It is not used for anything else and is not cross-referenced with your activity on the site.
What we use it for
To reply to you, to prepare a commercial proposal and to understand which parts of the site work and which do not. In the case of referrals, also to contact the person recommended and to manage the reward.
We do not sell personal data to third parties or transfer it for the advertising purposes of other companies.
Which services we share it with
To operate, we use third-party services that, by their nature, receive part of this data:
- GoHighLevel: the CRM where the quote request forms from this website arrive.
- Google Analytics: aggregated browsing statistics. Only if you accept cookies (see below).
- Meta Pixel: measurement of advertising campaigns. Only if you accept cookies, and never on the pages for Spain.
- Cloudflare: delivery of the site and protection against abuse. It processes the IP address as part of that service. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from robots without asking you to solve a puzzle: it runs on its own and is almost always invisible. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Supabase: the database where referrals and project information are stored.
Where it is stored
The database is in Brazil (Amazon Web Services, São Paulo). GoHighLevel, Google Analytics and Meta process data in the United States, and Cloudflare on its global network. Using these services involves an international transfer of your data, which is carried out under each provider's data processing terms.
How long we keep it
Commercial inquiries stay in the CRM while the relationship is active and for up to two years after the last contact. Referrals are kept while the program remains in force and for as long as necessary to comply with accounting obligations if a payment was involved.
What you can ask us for
To access the data we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to ask us to delete it and to object to our using it to contact you. Write to us at [email protected] and we will reply within 15 days.
If you referred someone to us and that person wants us to delete their data, they can ask directly through the same channel, without going through you.
Cookies and measurement
The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. The two options, accept and reject, are on the same level, and until you choose it counts as a rejection.
- If you accept: we load Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel for the browsing statistics and campaign measurement described above.
- If you reject, or have not yet chosen: neither of the two is loaded. The site works the same, we just do not measure your visit.
We store your choice in your browser's local storage, not on our servers. You can change it whenever you want from the Cookies link at the bottom of any page. If you withdraw a permission you had already given, the page reloads so that measurement stops immediately.
Some cookies do not depend on that choice: those used by Cloudflare for security and protection against abuse, and those stored by GoHighLevel, the provider of the quote request form, which is loaded on the page so that you can send us your inquiry. Each provider defines these according to its own privacy policy. We do not use them to measure you or for advertising.
Documents for customers
If you are a customer of the platform or are considering signing up: data processing agreement, list of subprocessors and security and data sheet.
Changes
If this policy changes, we publish the new version on this same page and update the date in the header.
