Urbania Group LLC delivers the Urbania platform (Showroom, Urbania360 and Cam) with the help of the providers on this list. Each one processes personal data only for the stated purpose and under its own data processing terms.

The data in each project belongs to the client that publishes it. Urbania processes it on the client’s behalf and following its instructions.

Purpose
Primary database and user authentication.
Data
All platform data: user accounts, inquiries and leads (name, email, phone and, if the client asks for them in its form, ID number and budget), messages, conversations with the virtual assistant and project content.

Purpose
Servers that run the platform APIs.
Data
Request data while it is being processed. Not stored.

Purpose
Site delivery, file storage (R2), video (Stream), bot protection (Turnstile) and hosting of the Urbania360 API (Workers).

IP address and technical browser data of each visitor; files uploaded by clients (images, floor plans, videos, construction-site photos).

OpenAI, L.L.C.

Purpose
Showroom virtual assistant, client panel assistant and voice message transcription.
Data
The text of conversations with the assistant, the visitor’s email if shared in the chat, contact details of leads that a panel user asks the assistant about, and voice message audio.

Purpose
Alternative artificial intelligence provider for the same assistants. One or the other is used, never both at once.

Purpose
Payment of unit reservations.

Purpose
Import of leads from Facebook and Instagram ad forms.

Where the data is stored

The primary database is located in Brazil. Providers located in the United States receive data for the purposes described above, which constitutes an international data transfer.
